Free taster session to launch our weekly class. learn the gentle and powerful art of tai chi and unwind from a busy day
Regular session is included in memberships of PLT, Activo & Up & Active. For beginners and people with experience the evening class will aim to encourage relaxation, using tai chi and qigong to boost health and well-being. The instructors David & Helena are friendly, have many years experience and are members of the Tai Chi Union for GB.
