We have a very special Sunday coming up with our next steaming event!
Come and see us this Sunday and witness Lancashire's largest surviving steam mill engine running, a second, unique, steam engine under restoration (that is nearing completion and can be seen turning by electric motor), regular guided tours, a flaming antique boiler, weaving demonstrations (following expert loom refurbishment), café and gift shop.
Also, for this special event, we will offer a few lucky visitors the chance to start our 650 horse-power stationary steam engine!
There is majority disabled access, free parking, a tea room, the gift shop, a large collection of model steam engines and a fascinating historic cotton mill to explore.
Dogs are welcome (on a lead).
