Remembrance Sunday Services

Parades and Services on the 13 November 

Barnoldswick

A Service of Remembrance will be held in the Town Square at 3pm followed by a procession to the Cenotaph for a wreath laying service. 

Barrowford

There will be a procession from Holmefield House at 10.15am to St Thomas's Church for a short service at 10.45am. The procession will then go to the War Memorial in Barrowford Park for a wreath laying service at 12 noon.  

Brierfield

Assemble at the Cenotaph at 10.30am for a wreath laying service at 10.40am.

Blacko

A wreath laying service will be held at the Cenotaph at 11am. 

Colne

Assemble at Colne Legion Club on Keighley Road for 10.10am for a procession to the War Memorial. There will be a wreath laying service at 11am. 

Earby

Assemble at the New Road Community Centre for a parade at 1.45pm to the Cenotaph at the Memorial Grounds in Sough. There will be a service of Remembrance here at 2.30pm. After the service, the parade will return to the Community Centre. 

Fence

There will be a wreath laying service at the Cenotaph at 12.15pm. 

Foulridge

There will be a service at the Parish Church at 9am followed by another short service at the Cenotaph at 11am. 

Higham

There will be a wreath laying service at St John's Church, Higham Hall Road at 10.30am. 

Laneshaw Bridge

There will be a wreath laying service at the Memorial Garden at 9am. 

Nelson

A parade will start from the Innovation Centre, Brunswick Street at 1.30pm and proceed to the Cenotaph for a service of Remembrance at 2pm. After the service, the parade will proceed to Nelson Cricket Club. 

Newchurch

There will be a wreath laying service at 9.15am at St Mary's Church. 

Salterforth

There will be a service and wreath laying at the Memorial at 11am.

Trawden

There will be a service at the Parish Church on Church Street at 10am. Another short service and wreath laying will be held at the Cenotaph at 11am.

There will be a procession from the Village Hall at 10.30am to the Memorial stone for a service and wreath laying at 11am.
